You might say that your college basketball coach is giving you and teaching you everything you need to learn to be able to stay on top, right? But little does he know that there are a few other things that he hasn’t discovered yet and maybe, those other things might be the ones that your whole team is lacking at and what is that? Speed quickness training. Well, of course, you coach must have already taught you that but the point is, you can add more “points” for your team if you can learn how to be quicker and more agile other than what your coach or trainer has taught you. Yes, there are other kinds to training for this purpose and fortunately, some of them can be found in book guides that are already available on the Net.
Another reasons why you should learn and train more on how to get quicker is because you need agility. When you say agility, it means that you can abruptly stop or turn at different actions any time while running on top speed and still not lose your balance, maintain focus and even prevent from injuring yourself. That is how important quickness and agility is when you are a sports player. But when you are into linear sports like marathon, track and field or cycling, you don’t need agility. Well, maybe just a little bit of it but not that much.
I have been in a basketball varsity before and I lack agility. If only I have learned this speed and quickness training when I was in high school, maybe I have continued my playing up to this point. I may even be a professional basketball player by now. How about you? Would you like t learn some self-speed and quickness training? Well, you can certainly do this on your own with a little help of a training tool called “Truth About Quickness”.
