Find a legitimate MMA school.

Go there and enjoy. No single style covers everything.
References :
Training with professional fighters.

People are different, thats why there are so many different styles of martial arts. Choose one that suites your personality and the goals that you want to achieve. Better to spend more time looking for a teacher than to jump right in and waste time with the wrong one for you. Personlly I recomend Wing Chun but even that is not for everyone.
Also consider Western Boxing.
References :
School of Hard Knocks

At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.
References :
www.best-bodybuilding-routine.com

Wing Chun is an excellent option. Another good option could be Hapkido. It combines striking techniques similar to Tae Kwon Do and throws, chokes and grappling similar to Judo, Jujitsu and Aikido for an extremely effective self defense style. Weapons training and defense is drilled regularly.
References :
First of all, despite what anybody says, chicks don't dig that.
Secondly, uh, you buy a weight set or go to the gym... easy stuff.
Oh, and you should probably eat meat and wheat (like rhymes).
References :
you are about to start bodybuilding don't think about creating or protein already. How to start its depends on your current body stats. if you are slim go to gym train for 15 day and then try to lift as much havy as possible with 12 to 15 reps
References :
Writing this letter will probably have no impact whatsoever regardless of whom it reaches unless you are an avid bowler. I manage a bowling center and have been in the bowling industry for almost 10 years now. As a bowling center manager you have to take into account that your average everyday open bowler is going to expect that a machine run 100% perfect the whole time they are bowling on it, and when it doesn't they are not going to be happy. However, when a league bowler bowls and gets a breakdown or two they realize that the machines are not 100% maintenance free and do breakdown occasionally, and yes there are just days when everything goes wrong with one machine. When open bowlers complain to me who do not usually bowl I try to explain this process but I never give a refund for a completed game, ever. Its like going into a restaraunt and eating a meal you ordered then asking for your money back because you didnt like it rather than stopping when you get a bad bite and asking for your money back or something else. So write your letter as you would to complain to anyone else for anything else but be prepared to have it thrown away unless you have knowledge of the expectations carried in a bowling center in general.
References :
Bowling Center Manager

-Field Hockey-
Played on a turf or grass
Is played with a small, round, hard ball.
http://www.hockeyhell.co.uk/imagesnew/hockey_balls.jpg
You Use This: Which is made out of either wood or fibreglass.
http://www.jzakweb.com/holidays/images/greysfieldhockeystick.jpg
You wear shin pads and a mouthguard.

-Ice Hockey-
Obviously played on ice.
Is played with a puck.
http://www.tachyon-city.com/wp-content/puck.jpg
You Use This: Which is made out of wood, aluminum, carbon fibre or fibreglass.
http://www.hockeydogs.com/ProductImages/sticks/CCM%20V4.0%20Stick.jpg
You wear a helmet with chin guards, face mask (unless you have a wire cage on your helmet), shoulder pads, chest protector, gloves, elbow pads, hockey pants, leg guards, mouth guard, groin protection, ice hockey skates.

-Roller Hockey-
Played on concrete or dry, flat surface.
Is played with a puck.
http://www.hockeydogs.com/ProductImages/accessories/IDS%20Black.jpg
You Use practically the same as ie hockey sticks but they are more durable and heavier.
You wear the same as ice hockey except use inline skates.

Well hockey was derived from lacrosse. The biggest difference between these sports and lacrosse is that in any of these hockey games the ball stays on the ground most of the time and is you hit the ball with a stick to pass it. In lacrosse you use a sticks with mesh pouches on the end and is thrown to another player and is caught in the air.

There might be a team at your school
OR
Lacrosse Youth Girls Teams In Suffolk Country.
http://www.scgirlslax.com/scgllax/htdocs/index.html

I couldnt find any field hockey teams because i dont live there but im sure there is one. But I do know that their is a summer camp for field hockey and lacrosse which would be really good to help get you started and you could ask them where an 8 year-old can play field hockey. http://www.fscamps.com/camps/fieldhockey.php
http://www.fscamps.com/camps/lacrosse.php

Hope that helps (:
References :
I've been playing field hockey for 7 or 8 years now.

Fighting is illegal in the NHL, the North American junior leagues, and other North American professional minor leagues, where a five-minute major penalty is given.

In many leagues, linesmen will permit a fight between two players to run its course until one or both players end up on the ice. Linesmen will actively try to break up fights involving more than two participants or multiple fights.
