I had braces about a year ago. When I had braces, the brace in the lower left first molar had to be reattached twice. The reattaching process included a machine that rotated at high speeds and removed glue. I felt a little sensitivity after the second time, but at the time I just ignored it. I now have extreme sensitivity on my lower left first molar. Near the gum line the tooth is sensitive to cold and touch. What should I do? Do I require root canal?
if it is very sensitive, you need a root canal treatment.

Thursday, July 29th, 2010Maintaining Your Joy in Extreme Adversity
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010
The balancing act of maintaining high vibration energy while the energy of fear from others surrounds you is as tricky as a high-wire act. I’ve been straddling the abyss myself a lot recently.
I can’t say I completely blame those in fear. I’ve been there, focused on what I don’t want, instead of what I do. But the one thing that I’ve learned over the years is that you get what you focus on. So I’d rather focus on joy.
So, how do you maintain joy in extreme adversity? Here are some things I suggest to stay in that vibration:
1. Remove yourself from the low-vibration energy. Don’t engage in discussions that raise your fear or your anger, and distance yourself from naysayers. They may want to stick to you like glue, but get away from them as fast as you can, even if they are close family. Let them be in their own misery; you don’t have to participate or engage.
2. Listen to and watch information that is helpful and positive. I highly recommend the new DVD, Quest for Success, with visionaries such as the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Jack Canfield, and Marci Shimoff sharing their stories and advice on success and how to achieve it. It’s beautiful and inspiring.
3. Continue to focus on shining your divine light for others to see. Be your brilliance; let others see your gratitude and joy and they will begin to respond in the same way.
4. Share what you have with others. Whether it’s a piece of positive news, money, or donating blankets for the homeless, what can you give to others that will continue that cycle of giving and receiving? We will all have to come together as a community for us to get through this period of uncertainty.
5. Keep a gratitude journal. What are you thankful for? Even if it’s as simple as a warm bed to sleep in, write it down before you go to sleep. What you think of as you fall asleep will not only affect your rest, but you will start the next day at a higher level vibration.
6. Continue to focus on what you want to manifest in your life. The universe can’t respond if it doesn’t know what you truly desire.
7. Be ready to receive what you want to bring into your life. If you aren’t the container for what you want, even if it appears, you won’t see it or won’t be ready to have it and it will not remain.
8. Read inspirational and uplifting information.
9. Keep in mind, this too shall pass. One thing that struck me before I stopped reading the doom and gloom: every news story recites history and how we somehow always made it through to better times. Focus on where you want to be, not the past. If there is anxiety or regret, you are no longer in the moment, and no longer in a space where joy can enter.
10. Remember, you have a choice. You can choose to stay in fear, or you can choose to be in joy. Remarkably, it’s no harder to choose joy.

Free Soccer Training Drills: Secrets Revealed
Sunday, July 25th, 2010You can disagree, but I would like to give some useful tips. In practicing free soccer training drills, the best teams keeps on switching the ball, looking for space and exploring the opposition’s defense for a fault. Following we’ll discuss some of the soccer coaching drills techniques, that would enable coaches to train the players with these skills.
Match winning approach: divide and rule; keep the ball throwing from one side to the other looking for the space between the defenders to attack. To relief the players from stress, ask them to keep the ball switching.
The Fast switch or the Blind Pass: Teach one or two mid-fielders to throw the blind pass by moving the ball using right foot, and hitting it to the left.Rapid Switching or the Blind Pass: Develop a skill in one or two mid-fielders to move the ball with right foot while kicking it to the left, showing almost a blind pass. You should teach the same technique to the left-footed mid-fielders, with the variation that they would dribble to the left side while swinging the ball back to the right side using left foot.
Your team will have an excellent chance to achieve the goal, since the opposite defender won’t be expecting the pass.
All players in the team will have to adjust to the expectation that a switch is always coming so tell your team to frequently switch the ball. Of all the soccer drills, your kids may find this drill rather difficult but it is it’s competitive nature that guarantees player’s total participation in soccer practice.
To complete this drill, six small goals are to be setup on both the sides of the ground. The team scores where the player runs through the goals which are placed in the middle, while playing from the back. Setting points—say two points, for passing through the last goal, will encourage switching.
During free soccer training drills, the goals should be made sufficiently wide to show that there is not much use just positioning a player between them to prevent a run or pass. Select one player to run from goal A to B. To prevent the attackers to score, the players must remain between the goal.
When young defenders are engaged in a game, they are often drawn away from their position. They tend to move to the point, where the ball is being played. Hence the defenders can be caught by surprise if the mid fielders learn to identify the opportunity areas and move the play on the other side of the field.
In the next session of football drills, dedicate some time to show them how they can cover the entire width of the field. Practicing this skills multiple time will yield a good understanding of the threat area.
As now you have the complete information, remember to include these trainings to your free soccer training drills, so your players are always ready and the opposition mid-fielders find it difficult to catch your defenders out. Quan Ba Extreme Northeast Trekking Tour 11days,vietnam Trekking Tours,
Saturday, July 10th, 2010
Detail Itinerary
What to expect:
Ha Giang’s(Quang Ba) This is a sustainable trek that supports local communities in a deprived region in the extreme northern province of Ha Giang.
Quan Ba district remains one of the poorest districts in Vietnam. It is located in the remote rocky limestone mountainous region of Ha Giang, the northernmost province of Vietnam. 97% of the local populations are minority’ people - Hmong, Dao, Tay, Nung, Giay, and Bo Y. Most speak their own languages, which do not yet have written scripts.
Caritas Switzerland and Caritas Luxembourg are two charities that have entered into a development partnership with the District People’s Committee. The Caritas agencies aim to support a development process “to build sustainable livelihoods for the poorest people and the poorest communities”. The project began in mid-2003, and included supporting sustainable agriculture, forest gardens, domestic water supply, adult literacy, indigenous cultures, improved cook stoves, and responsible tourism.
The villagers have prepared a simple ‘Code of Conduct’ which Green Trail Tours should consider before their visit to demonstrate their commitment to protect local culture and environment. By participating on this trek a Green Trail Tours will be directly supporting the livelihoods of the communities they visit.
Bac Ha This exciting trek offers a true experience of unspoiled remote villages in the border province of Lao Cai. The dramatic scenery, picturesque villages nestled into the sides of Thang Phin Mountain, and colourful ethnic minority groups can captivate any adventure lover’s heart. Begin at Lao Cai and trek along the Chinese border to Muong Khuong Valley through remote H’Mong, Tay and Nung ethnic minority villages. Ascend to Can Cau and Bac Ha to observe colorful Saturday and Sunday markets, the most vibrant in the province, where hundreds of hill tribe people from different groups gather to exchange their wares. End a challenging trek with a boat trip on the scenic Chay River.
Green Trail Tours is known for customized adventures trips and the above is a sample trekking tour only. That can be flexible, customizable and subject to weather conditions and other circumstances. If you have any ideas, suggestions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note:
Should I purchase insurance?
Yes! This must cover medical care and emergency evacuation/repatriation. Also keep hardcopy of emergency contact numbers as well as insurance policy number.
What are the main vaccination and health procedures?
Before travel please consult a general practitioner for up to date advice on recommended vaccines and malaria prophylaxis. Is there anything I can do to better prepare for a situation requiring first aid?
All guides have basic first aid training and carry a small first aid kit. But each client should also bring personal first aid supplies including antiseptic wipes, antiseptic liquid/cream, steristrips, sterile gauze and bandage as well as oral dehydration sachets.
What about the weather?
The climate is hot and humid throughout with some variation between North and South. The South is tropical and warm throughout the year. Hanoi is cooler from November to February with a pronounced wet season in the centre of the country from September to October. For biking, September, October, November, March, April and May are the best times ? not so hot and dry enough! Be prepared for anything, though. (That?s part of the fun.)
What gear do I need?
The objective is to stay cool in hot weather and warm in cool weather. Plan accordingly. Basic items are lightweight walking boots; water bottle, eye protection; lightweight shirt and trousers; waterproof jacket; mosquito repellent; sun hat; shorts; sandals; sheet sleeping bag; strong sunscreen; torch; towel; fleece; small backpack for day use; biodegradable toiletries; swimming gear. All of these things are indispensable.
What can I do to improve safety on my trip?
Safety is our most important consideration. Be aware that trekking can be dangerous and accidents can happen. You can never do too much to look out for yourself. Always notify the guide if you feel sick particularly at altitude. And if you don’t know, ask?
What are the accommodations?
We provide two-person tents with sewn-in ground sheets and mosquito nets in the Northwest of the country. Accommodation is mostly in local village homestays. Here the family may supply a simple mattress, mosquito net, pillow, sheet and blanket. Or in the case of more remote locations, bedding will be provided by TITC. The houses are usually on stilts with a bamboo floor? Surprisingly comfortable! The facilities are clean but very basic.
What sort of transport and support are available?
All equipment and luggage will be carried by porters or by jeep. Please try to keep baggage to a minimum weight. Often a cook will accompany the tour. Depending on the nature of the trek, there will be a private air-conditioned bus, minibus or jeep for transfer between destinations.
Do these tours support responsible travel?
Yes! We try to make sure that these holidays are as socially, economically and environmentally sound as possible. We are affiliate members of the Environmental Certification Green Globe 21 Scheme. Our goal is to deliver biking tours that do not contribute to the destruction of Vietnam’s unique cultural and natural environment.

Let’s Talk About Extreme Self Care
Wednesday, June 30th, 2010
Are you rushed? Does rushing leave you drained? I almost
sound like a commercial on TV, ready to send you an important
message that can change your life.
While that may be true, I am not about to ask you for money;
just lend you some simple hard truth. If you are drained, you
need to take a look at your priorities. Though typically brushed
aside, once you align your priorities in a very simple,
heart-felt stance, you will find yourself one step closer to
living in a world of extreme self-care.
While priorities may vary depending on the person and culture,
the basics never change:
Priority Hierarchy:
Faith
Family/Self
Friends/Community
When you have a foundation of beliefs and values, everything
falls into place. ~Gina Kovacs
The most basic way to honor faith and your spiritual
well-being is to be true to your self; to be honest about your
values and what is important to you and holding true to those
beliefs. Spiritual well-being means different things to
different people, but there is always a common sense of deep
inner peace and connection to a Divine force. Deep inner peace
comes when you feel truly connected to yourself and those around
you. Let’s be real. We were not put here to feel negative about
ourselves or to have self-doubt about who we are and what we are
capable of. That’s right, we weren’t. If we have these negative
emotions, we are simply creating them. And when we hold on to
those negative emotions and do not take positive action to
address feelings that make us feel unconnected to the world and
those we love and cherish, a spiral effect takes place to brings
out of balance with ourselves, what we believe in, and those
whom we come into contact with every day.
We need to be balanced and there are times when life is going to
do a wheelie on you and you have to take some hard knocks.
That’s ok, as long as we learn from them and take action to get
out of the difficult challenges that face us. Remember that God
wants us to be happy and healthy and fulfilled; to be able to
serve others in our community and to be able to rely on each
other as we walk through life and experience all the wonderful
things that are around us to experience. To be truly at peace
and feel a connection of joy and happiness with yourself and
with others allows your life to expand to experience all your
inherit talents and abilities. To be there for your self and
others. There can be no great joy than this.
Slowing down is where we can begin to care for ourselves…that
means saying no unless you must say yes and spending time doing
things that bring you joy and happiness.
Extreme self-care begins with thinking of you first. Tough
concept to take on, but one of great importance. When you are
right with yourself and take time for the things that bring you
joy and inner peace, you are in the right mind-set to filter out
so many positive and wonderful emotions to those around you that
can be a great blessing for those who are the closest to you. A
reality check is this:
How many times do you arrive home from a long day a work and
actually take the time to enjoy a nice lingering dinner with the
family? What about a long hot bath? Time for a half-hour of
reading that book you have been meaning to read?
When you schedule the time for those activities that mean so
much to you, your world will begin to align with your core
values and beliefs. You will feel more relaxed, more confident,
and more on top of the game of life instead of the game of life
being on top of you.
If this sounds elementary, it is. But a philosophy such as this
has long been neglected by the busyness of our society. Society
will not be gentle to you. Society and our culture has constant
reminders that living in the fast lane is preferable to a family
dinner or watching your child play soccer or going for a bike
ride at night.
Balance means getting real.
I have heard it often, and myself said it enough, that it is
hard to balance, work, family, and personal time into a typical
work week. Let me challenge you that it is not hard at all. It
is in a moment of decision that you can arrange your week in a
way that does not compromise your values and beliefs; to what is
ultimately important to you.
First and foremost, you do not live for your job. You work to
earn money to provide for your family or yourself if you are
single. Living your life for your job will get you nowhere and
fast. You cannot snuggle up to your computer at night or invite
your computer over for dinner. If there is one thing that will
help you in the long-run is to work your normal shift. Do not
put in the “extra” hours of work to meet a deadline. Employ the
help of your co-workers; talk to your supervisor if your
workload is heavy so that you can obtain some help. Organize
your work hours to accommodate projects so you can meet the
deadlines on time while working your normal shift. You will feel
amazingly empowered when you stick to your regular shift. The
time freed up can be used to enjoy the things you have been
missing in your life. Time to exercise, be with friends, with
family, to get that massage you have been wanting for months
because your muscles are tight from the hectic schedule you
live! No more, time to slow down.
Realization to Time and the Balance of Life
How you spend your time reveals your true priorities. Right now,
list the top five things that take up most of your time. Start
with your most pressing priorities (those items that take up
most of your time) and end with the activity that takes up the
least amount of your time.
1. ______________________________________________
2. ______________________________________________
3. ______________________________________________
4. ______________________________________________
5. ______________________________________________
Now, ask yourself these questions:
1. Is my life balanced?
2. Are there areas that should be listed above that are missing
from what you have labeled as a top priority that should be, in
fact, there?
3. Am I satisfied with how I am spending my time?
4. Are my priorities where they should be?
5. Does the list of priorities represent how I truly want my
time to be utilized?
6. How much time is used for my own personal time? For friends
and family?
7. Am I doing too much?
Now that you have defined what your current priorities are, it
is time to see if you need to reevaluate. Reflect on the
following:
1. What is the most important thing to you at this time in your
life?
2. Where would you like to spend more of your time?
3. If you could do anything you wanted to do, what would it be?
4. Are there areas of you life that could use more attention
(Health, Relationships, Spiritual Reflections, Career,
Financial)?
5. Is there a dream or desire that you have put aside that you
would truly like to see come to light?
Answering questions such as these will begin to format your
world to living to extreme self-care. Balance is truly your key
to living the life of your dreams. Do not be moving to and fro
without experiencing the fullness of your life in areas such as
these:
*Emotional and physical health *Relationships *Spiritual
well-being *Work *Service and contribution to others
*Fun/adventure/leisure
Take stock of those areas that are out-of-balance. Times when
your life feels drained and when change is required. And, in
those times of reflection, when direction is not in the
immediate foresight of your mind, take comfort in the fact that
life coaching is available as an option to you in preparation of
guiding you to the life of your dreams.
If you are at a pivot point ready for change in any area of your
life or would like to learn more about how you can begin to live
your life by your design, please contact me @ 518-373-2815 or @

How can I fix my extreme split ends and broken hair on my side bangs?
Tuesday, June 29th, 2010I have extreme split ends on the front sides of my hair, where my side bangs are. The hair is broken, brittle, and very frizzy and unmanageable. Any recommendations to help improve its health and look? I have been using leave-in spray conditioner everyday for the past 3 weeks, and I’m trying to use the straightener less on it. Any other suggestions?
First, get a Heat spray for when you straighten your hair.
I use: Tresemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray [about 5 dollars at walmart]
Then, get a smoothing serum.
I use: FX Silk Drops. [Also about 5 dollars at walmart]
And, For your split ends. I HIGHLY recommend Bed Head Ego-Boost.
It’s about 15 dollars. A bit expensive.
I love these products, they help a lot to keep my hair under control. Especially the Ego Boost.
I hope this helps.
Extreme Home Security With Outdoor Wireless Security Cameras, Etc.
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010
These days your home and family can never be too safe from intruders and from accidents waiting to happen. The surest way to protect yourself and your family is to outfit your home with smoke detection alarms and indoor and outdoor wireless security cameras.
Home Security Shouldn’t Wait
When it comes to home security, homeowners go for bugler alarms, smoke detection devices and indoor and outdoor wireless security cameras. This potent cache of home and family protection gadgets can put to rest your apprehensions over intruders and accidents. With several options available to suit your budget why should you delay securing the safety of your loved ones and your home?
Delaying to secure the safety of your home and family may end in tragedy, and that would be too late. No amount of amount of money can justify the loss. Since you cannot predict what will happen today and tomorrow, it’s better to be ready and have the peace of mind from knowing your home is equipped with indoor and outdoor wireless security cameras, fire alarms, and that all windows and doors have sturdy locks.
What is extreme about indoor and outdoor wireless security cameras? These cameras work non-stop to record detected motion. An intruder can be caught on an outdoor camera while he still lurking out there. Inside the home, your security cameras can catch him rifling through your drawers and while he is at it, you can alert the police or 911. If your spouse and your kids are at home, you can alert them to get out of the house fast.
Why Outdoor Home Security?
Your indoor surveillance is good enough but having outdoor wireless security cameras trebles your sense of security. Why not? It’s simple. These cameras are built to withstand all weather conditions and can capture images even in poor illumination. Before thieves can get in, you are alerted by these cameras! This is a hundred times better than dealing with an intruder indoors, right?
Any would-be intruder has to find a way to get in a house. They’ll case the front yard, check out the obstacles in the backyard and note those low windows where they can easily clamber over to reach the living room. But if you have outdoor wireless security cameras blatantly displayed or hidden, you got an ace up your sleeve.
Another thing; children love to play in the front yard. Checking on them while you are cooking or doing the dishes will be convenient than rushing outdoors every minute to check on them. These cameras can protect your car from vandals and carnappers and a nosey neighbor won’t dare be caught lurking in the bushes when he thinks you’re not looking.
Don’t Slacken on Home Security
Depending on your security needs, you can opt for pan/tilt camera, infrared cameras, or fixed cameras. Perhaps you want the whole neighborhood to know you have a house guard 24/7 or you want hidden cameras to lure miscreants into complacency and believe you’re a greenhorn when it comes to home security.
Increasing your home security has no minuses, only pluses. It won’t cost an arm and a leg to secure your home but it will cost you a fortune to replace what you have lost to thieves or fire. Better go the extreme when it comes to home security than be sorry later for lack of outdoor wireless security cameras.

What extreme environmental conditions could affect a burmese python?
Friday, June 18th, 2010What extreme environmental conditions could affect a burmese python?
&&
How are they adapted to survive these extreme environmental conditions?
You can look for news articles about the recent cold fronts this winter that has destroyed the population of burms down in the everglades.
